Sebugwawo & Co. Launches Legal Internship Program for Law Graduates

As part of its dedication to nurturing the next generation of legal professionals, Sebugwawo & Company Advocates has launched a structured legal internship program for recent law graduates. The program is designed to offer practical experience in litigation, legal research, client engagement, and professional ethics.

Each intern will be assigned a mentor and rotate across departments to gain hands-on exposure to different areas of practice. The firm hopes this initiative will help bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world legal practice in Uganda.

Applications for the inaugural intake opened this month, and the response has been overwhelming. “This program reflects our commitment to capacity-building in Uganda’s legal fraternity,” said Partner and Internship Coordinator Advocate Ronald Mugisha. “We are investing in future leaders of the profession.”
